There’s studies that show even when people are informed what they’re looking at is propaganda it later influences how they respond to questions. You can educate yourself on how to defend against it, but there is no immunity.

Having access to trustworthy experts and being able to parse what is and isn’t misinformation or disinformation is a PRIVILEGE. Education is a PRIVILEGE.
People aren’t “stupid” because they can’t do this. And if you think you’ve never fallen for propaganda you’re lying to yourself.

I was given it on the street in an area in London that had suffered terrorist attacks (multiple) the morning after an attack
I feel like I am insane that I am/was one of the only ones who noticed what it is
They were from a community group (they claimed) handing them out, the community group had no name or home base like a church and I asked them
It was a bad time, like did we really see special forces come because I am sure we did and that wasn’t on the news
that was an earlier attack
I heard a terrorist get shot and killed and then the day after roses and hearts for us people about on the street
I know what community responses look like and when it is less than 24 hours after it is a bit chaotic and also authentic, real, the people are from somewhere
