It would really depend on the type of venue and the location, and a host of other factors. Probably you need more than 2 people; somebody has to pour the beer in the cups etc.

That's not a questionable source- that's a knowledgeable source.
I was figuring the door person and pizza chef would alternate doing the beers when not doing their main jobs, but you're right in thinking that could be an issue.
No, this won't work, unfortunately. Epsecially if you want it to be busy enough to succeed. It's *probably* do able, but I wouldn't be able to answer the Q without more info (rent, utilities, ingredients and drinks, labour costs, etc) - pricing first means you're working *backwards* from this
I have never started a business before (zing!) but I would start with yearly base expenditure (rent, utility, etc), and work up from there. See how cheap you can make that without cutting quality too far. Set the price after that. £25 seems too difficult to me but i cant answer that w/o more info
as for staffing - remember there's all sorts of "hidden costs" (workers rights!) - holiday, sick, etc - you're also going to have to have more staff on from time-to-time (training, etc) - and you have to consider prep time (and hardware - fridges, utensils, yada yada)
Sorry, did you mean the location won't work?
So I kind of started with the price because if it has to be much above that to be viable then people just won't come. I did work out a bunch of the above but now I've gone and lost the spreadsheet where I had it all written down.
"To succeed in business, first plan your business then title the spreadsheet 'Untitled Document', which is the same name as approximately 83 other documents in Google Sheets"
As for location, I know that this looks like you'll get knife-crimed going within fifty feet of it, but it has massive footfall and is very affordable.
