Funny how when Reform make gains, the media are all like “now they need to prepare for power” but when the smartest party in the room, the Green Party, make similar gains, the media ignore them 🤔

It's not really comparable. As much as I'd love it to have been the case the Greens have never had 600+ councillors elected in an election or been in first place nationally.
And yet Farage lost election after election, and yet he was being promoted by the Orwellian BBC after every defeat...
And why has plant, sorry, Sir Starmer not cleaned up the BBC of its Far-Right controlled C-suite? They are literally current or past members of Conservative central office!

Agreed. Can see the logic of getting the tough decisions out of the way early on, without getting into whether they were the correct decisions! Overhauling the BBC isn't going to take big money, although buying up the Tory papers would be an expensive do! Not sure if Reform voters read the Telegraph
The Republican Party is collapsing. Soon the Green Party may be the only alternative for conservative money to flow into. There is a chance, the Green Party will become the right wing Conservative Party of the future. Oh the irony.
