"The Great Derangement" by Matt Taibbi, pulled me out of a very dark place in my life and helped me find a new starting point politically. A shame what the "Russia Hoax" did to left leaning journos in this country. We've watched curruption on a scale never before seen in this nations history.

A future where Putin is still alive at 145. Where we see him do interviews and meet with people. Our grandchildren will see it. They will all see him. And even knowing it can't be true. They will still buy it. Reality has nothing to do with it. It's only about how people are made to feel.

More then anything else Fascism is a show. A performative act. Most often a sadistic ridicule of decency. A mocking pantomime of contempt towards honor, integrity, truth, virtue, and common interests. Turning those values into a lie. Claiming that never really existed.
