Did you have schools fight against having a 504 plan established? I have seen this. The best I could surmise was that the system wasn't able to provide for some needs, so to implement it was set itself up for failure to comply.

Removing disability protections is one of Project 2025 goals. Without it they can be one step closer to removing public ed, and instead have publicly funded private "christian" schools.
