JUST IN: A judge has enjoined President Trump's effort to block federal funds from going toward grant recipients who engage in DEI practices.

The judge says the orgs are likely to succeed on claims that this is viewpoint discrimination, among other issues

Pardoning a contempt citation will do little. It cannot relieve the person from repeated contempt, which the court has the power to order.

DOJ attorneys could be referred for disbarment for deliberately repeatedly disregard of authority of court - leaving govt with no attorneys.

To be clear, they are not at that point yet. But note Bove was forced to oral argue case to drop NYC Mayor Adams case bc no other DOJ attorney would.

Also look at transcripts & opinions in military trans ban & birthright citizenship cases warning DOJ attorneys about making claims not
based in law.
