Ehh, I think a lot of people thought "it will be like it was from 2017 through 2019; the economy will cook and the deep state will contain Trump".

We need to highlight how the deep state/civil servants were responsible for the good parts of Trump1 and we'll need them back after Trump2 crashes.

Yeah, that's fine. I more meant we need to explain to everyone that the administrative state kept Trump1 from being the complete, ceaseless disaster that Trump2 is shaping up to be. I figure we'll need to formally make the admin state the 4th branch, and that will take persuading a lot of people.
