Knee is sore and swollen today. I stopped taking the anti inflammatory med to see if my knee is recovering. It’s not. I guess my usual routine of skating every other day is not helpful. Very frustrating.
I also caught a bug. Feeling sore, headache, and my nose is stuffy.
