Knee is sore and swollen today. I stopped taking the anti inflammatory med to see if my knee is recovering. It’s not. I guess my usual routine of skating every other day is not helpful. Very frustrating. I also caught a bug. Feeling sore, headache, and my nose is stuffy.

My sister went to Canada yesterday to visit a friend & do some shopping. Coming back to the US, she was surprised there was no wait. Very unusual. Canadians are keeping their word to shop local & buy Canadian products only. I applaud them. Unfortunate for US businesses near border crossings.

Last growing season, I focused on herbs, beneficial plants for our bees and hummingbirds. This growing season, I will put more emphasis on food for the table. I just ordered my seeds from Baker Creek and Seeds N Such. I also need to go thru my seed inventory from last year. Map out my garden. 🪴
