This has been one of my big ??? re trump’s stupid, racist plan (sic) to deport 10 million people - what countries have agreed to allow U.S. planes full of questionably deported people to offload inside their borders? Logistics/economic impacts would be prohibitive w/o U.S Govt paying for it.

Very difficult now. Chris Hayes' attention theory is worth looking at. Trump maintained control of everyone's attention even when out of office. Having an opposition party concerned with down ballot elections and not captured by focus-group results would help.

They may find a third country or countries to take all of our deportees, but they are going to have to pay. Rwanda was demanding from UK £20,000 per migrant before that deal was scuttled.
