Which I actually think is really important and I want to talk about it tonight.
The bill would roll back reforms going back to Tony Blair and Andrew Adonis in 2001.
Academies will no longer have the freedom to set teacher's pay & conditions & they’ll have to follow the national curriculum
Pretending otherwise is simply dishonest.

It has introduced overpaid distant CEOs and huge management teams. There is no accountability.Many have a culture of bullying and intimidation-exclusion booths , public shaming etc.
They need to be accountable to their local communities
As a labour voter and school governor it was one of the Blair policies that made no sense to me
