$40 million is 1.5% of their yearly revenue. This seems like a shrewd financial move to me. It might even give them a toehold in the "funneling bribes to the Trump regime" business, who looks to be one of the few growth industries left in America after last month.

PW has to feed a lot more than lawyers. They probably have 3 - 5 support staff for each lawyer. No reason to stiff the scanning clerk, paras, secretaries. .. etc. they are the ones getting cut.
