How do you dose linezolid when treating MDR-TB?

Reducing linezolid to 300mg/d after 9-13 weeks of 600 mg/d is as effective as the standard 600mg/d for 26w but with ⬇️cases of peripheral neuropathy when given with bedaquiline and pretomanid
