Without thinking today, I called him an oompah loopah in front of my 7th graders. I lost them for almost 15 minutes as they were cackling and singing the song 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

It'll work for him because he's *personally* off the hook. Him himself is no longer in danger of personally having to pay back money against his Tesla stock.

He'll slowly move money around etc. until it all literally dissolves.

Plus, I think debt purchase is a tax deduction.
