It’s never just one thing. It’s not Fentanyl- that’s just today’s shocking headline. The buzzword he thinks will get his people excited. Tomorrow it will be something else. He doesn’t actually care at all about drug abuse or public health. He just wants unchecked power.

This is one of the darker parts of fentanyl.

Doctors LOVE IV fentanyl.

Because of it's short duration, you don't have to wait for it to wear off nearly as long, so you can change doses quickly and easily. You also need a TINY amount to dose a lot of patients.

It wasn't users started it.

That is the slippery slope of all prescription drugs. They are absolutely wonderful when used correctly. But deadly when abused. But the real question is - why are so many people in so much psychological pain that they feel the need to abuse drugs? This is the quiet part nobody wants to address.
