I (& others) would be grateful for expert advice on:
1. Best way to respond/intercede when people claiming to be LEOs refuse to identify themselves or produce warrants
2. How to proactively ensure that encounters are documented, given the (apparent) attacks on security systems described here.

If they are, in fact, using wifi jamming, your best defense is going to be cameras that are hardwired.
I don't doubt that's theoretically possible, but seems pretty far-fetched in this case.
I've no doubt the ISPs would collaborate with ICE, but not without the requisite paperwork. Purely from an ass-covering perspective.
One of the brownshirts walking over to the home run on the side of his house and unscrewing the cable feels much more likely to me
Feels pretty farfetched to think they could just place a phone call to flip this guy's internet "off" and then back "on" again after they left.
Until we get more information, jumping to the conclusion that ISPs are collaborating with ICE seems a bit premature.
Castle Doctrine doesn’t apply to cops, identified or otherwise, and pretending there’s any court in Texas that would rule otherwise doesn’t help anyone.

Don't EVER answer the door when law enforcement is knocking. Period.

Have a camera that saves to hardware memory rather than the cloud.
