Fair enough, and that sounds about right. Sorachi was all the rage around then, you hardly see it now. I do have a bottle of the Citra to console myself, though!
Yeah I agree not seen it for ages. Was it Sorachi Ace that used to fit very well in a Black IPA? I seem to remember a brewer telling me they were a good match. However Black IPA seems to have gone the same way as Sorachi Ace.
Didn't Andy Parker try to get a Black IPA revival going a few years back? I know I've had some from Elusive (and like most of the things they do, it was very good!)
