Funny, I thought waging a war of aggression (i.e. a war for the express purpose of gaining territory) would be entirely out of character for the US over the last 100+ years.

Please name the territories forcibly annexed by the United States since January 21, 1925 (100 years ago) and prove me wrong.

I think you're being too cute by half with this "total security" explanation. It reads like an excuse. You're letting them off the hook. Makes the Blob look like they have good intentions. They're just trying to keep us safe. But alas, they're just misguided.

Bob, you are still buying the lie that russian aggression had anything to do with NATO. Rather russia desires (for 350+ yrs) to genocide Ukrainians & take everything they have, erasing culture & history. Note: No reaction from russia after huge expansion of NATO to Finland & Sweden.
