I find it genuinely hard to believe someone could be invested in the TLOU TV show while simultaneously being sufficiently disconnected from the large cross section of the internet where that spoiler from the game was widely discussed a few years back, but apparently such people exist.

It is genuinely an issue where people fail to comprehend experiences outside their own - but I didn't mean that to imply a lack of care, or something otherwise negative.
There are plenty of people that don't generally consume
video games probably still have less of an audience than those books did when GoT S3 happened
(didn't really impact my enjoyment that much, and I sort of had suspected it)
