There are much more rare instances of survival, even without significant deficits. But generally w lower caliber rounds. These are the exceptions
It's a VERY simple gun but character shoots herself so the gun is pressed against her head
Also, she survives due to deus ex machina aka the gods of the story intervening. I mainly want to know if there would even be time for them to decide to intervene
