Yes, and in some places like rural Texas that could be an overnight trip. But that doesn't constitute 'nowhere to go'. The reality is that they won't GAF until it impacts them. We see that pattern in Texas with no rural hospitals doing deliveries due to the loss of OB-GYN dues to anti-abortion laws.
