I have the "I'm so frustrated/mad/sad that anyone would be so terrible to others" mean thoughts, but I keep them just thoughts. I want everyone to have their basic needs met. Also, I feel like if people had decent lives, people would be less awful, too. Constant worry over survival makes you mean.

I deliver Meals on Wheels to a couple who think my child is an abomination. I do it wearing one of my "protect trans kids" t-shirts. They get their meals every week; when her back went out I took out her garbage and brought in her mail. She looks at my shirt, she says nothing, it's how it is.
