Genuinely confused and curious why David Hogg isn't a good vice-chair for DNC?

How are so many ppl mad at one of the first "school shootings are normalized" generation people that are serious in politics?

Like, yes he's young; but didn't we ask for youth in politics instead of geriatrics?
