Yup I often just look in discover since it still includes people I follow and it’s a good experience. The stuff I see that is upsetting is because folks are sharing stuff that is upsetting about the world

On a similar note, my girlfriend left Facebook after a Reel showed her a kitten being murdered. So basically Bluesky is the only social media outlet we go to now.
