Thanks, I'll keep that in mind, but I'll likely choose an artist/rigger through somewhere like https://vtuber.gg since it seems to give a good amount of info on prices and prior work. I don't even know how much of a budget I'll truly have yet, and I'm gonna wanna shop around.
