Berkeley bike life is world class. (pro'lly US class, as my international exploration is limited)
But here are some photos of another filter/median at California/Dwight in Berkeley that works really well.
For bikes it's closer to 60-70%, off the top of my head. Which is crazy because they have the ROW.
Pedestrian compliance is close to 30%, bike yield rate 0%.
(I feel this is cultural — in NYC they definitely would, for example)
