I’m tired of being mediocre. It’s the worst place to be in the nfl. If taking a chance on a different QB and fail, then at least they tried. But they can’t keep doing the same thing over and over and expect different results.

It’s being reported that the Hawks are trying to get Teven Jenkins. If true, that would be two higher priced guards they went after this week. Agree that they cannot just go cheap on this OLine right now. It sounds like JS might be have his hands tied by Jody Allen. Hoping we get this line improved.

You’re forgetting they’ve put themselves in a very favorable position to add significant young talent to the core they’re building via the draft.

I totally agree that FA has been wildly disappointing so far (particularly at OL), but they’ll feast come the NFL draft.

Too early to judge. The fact is that the O-line market is nuts and Hawks have other holes to fill. They simply must get better at drafting o linemen. The Haynes pick was disastrous.

Sure I get that. But i said this earlier, seems like they just missed out on two that they were targeting. And the one didn’t want to come to Seattle. It’s all conjecture, but don’t know just getting anybody is also a good plan. I’m just saying I’m willing to let it play out a little more.

If JS really believes in the development of his young interior OL then he really needs to overpay for 1 year of Zeitler to mentor and serve as the bridge.

I'd even be happy with Will Hernandez.

Which means JS will probably sign like Greg Van Roten in June.
