So now that my sweet Second Sight BLAIR WITH PROJECT blu-ray has arrived... anyone know how to remove a region code from a Blu-ray?

I know I can just rip the main feature using MakeMKV, but ideally I'd like a 1 to 1 version of the disc just with no region lock.
