It's a pity the same yardstick isn't applied to all victims of crime, women in abusive relationships, children growing up in poverty .....we all have "potential" that gets chipped away.

Why is someone with this little impulse control & bad judgement allowed to mentor youth? I wonder what his family connections are?
How many times have incidents not been referred to police or investigated because of who his family is! No prior convictions does not mean no prior bad behaviour.
