Trump sues about everything. It is mostly him doing the "picking on". If he didn't file suit, he appeals it every time a Judge rules. The Judiciary is not corrupt (with a few exceptions i.e. Thomas/Alito) but Trump is, along with his entire cabinet. He has had/has more lawyers than a cat has fleas.

Biden and Obama appointed Judges were actually qualified. Trump appointed more judges deemed "unqualified" by the ABA than Bush, Obama and Biden combined. Judge Boasberg is a very good judge, and not at all "radical left." He ruled for Trump several times.
