We’ve had this debate before. Fans reflect what they see.

Fans only power is in staying away.

Boards don’t give a stuff what fans think, unless the board can see that income is down.

And income is down because the team are losing.

So ultimately managers get themselves sacked. Every time. 🤷‍♂️
