Kelley Heyer, the creator of Charli xcx’s ‘Apple’ trend, is reportedly suing Roblox over the use and sale of her copyrighted dance on the platform.

Heyer says she was in negotiations to license the dance for Roblox, but the company released the emote before it was finalized.
