I'm almost 43, so obviously I played them the first time around. But to someone born in 1995, they likely didn't play the games - and they would be 30 years old now. I’m 35 and played them but I got them in a bargain bin around 1999-2000 or so. It was nice to find a good non-square rpg then

I'd loved the Suikoden games since the PS1.

It's great that a lot of people will get the chance to play these game for the first time. I'm also curious to see what they changed or improved with this HD remaster. The updated character portrait art from the trailer looks incredible.

Honestly me af. I played games predominantly through rentals so JRPGs weren’t often picked but now that I’m grown, getting my hands on these games outside of 🏴‍☠️ has been impossible, BUT with these rereleases I can finally have my physical copies

Heck even we old ppl might have missed it back then (RPGs weren't big back then on European consoles as publishers rarely localised them. We didn't get Mario RPG or Chrono Trigger. Final Fantasy started at 7 which was odd lol )
