I ran into the same issue only knowing how to do navigation on a grid when I started my game years ago.

Polyanya didn't exist at the time, so I never tried it out, but I've wanted to see it used somewhere since I learned about it.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm aware that it is a negative term in the work space. I didn't know it is a common term for strategy games, though.

Anyhow, my intention was to be ironic. Also the name reflects my upcoming shop management game, where you actually play as a not so popular micromanager.

I get it. Meanwhile as someone who has been harassed by micro managers, it automatically reminds me this dark period of time and I can't really understand someone would like to keep this studio name. But choice is yours at the end and I wish you good luck with your project !

How are you handling the walls? Looks like the blue stuff is a navmesh, but it's covering the upper wall, so I'm a bit unsure if I fully understand the situation here.

Very observant :) The upper walls are non-existing in the eyes of the navmesh. Will fix. Actually thinking of putting the entrance and the separating walls at the bottom... Things will be a bit messy for a while.
