one month of not ordering takeout, cooking most nights, and working out more often and i regret to say i have lost weight, added muscle, and feel generally better and more energized. absolute bullshit, truly.

What do you cook? And what do you freeze? I’m just curious because I use my pressure cooker a lot (not an Insta-Pot tho). I’ve made just about everything in it.
a lot of stews and soups re: freezing, especially in the winter. anything with lots of veggies and beans, pumpkin soup in the fall, a bunch of different burrito/enchilada style stuff, pozole freezes surprisingly well and is super filling.
