Even if they pass this, it would be held up in multiple lawsuits just like when they have been passed at the state level. But to be safe every woman who changed their names either needs to change it back to match their birth certificate or get a passport.

The analysis says we will need multiple methods of proving that we are US citizens to vote. Last names on everything must be the same. If they require birth certificates, then people who married and changed their name won’t have proof.

Though a marriage certificate would also validate this too. Arizona requires documentation for people to get drivers licenses and also handles voter registration, so perhaps other states should follow suit to offset the gop trying to cheat. Man people need to get smart against them.

This right here is a 10 alarm fire. Currently, 79 % of women in the USA change their name when they get married. It was higher in past years. 75.7 million women vote. This takes that right away from 62.9 women. 62.9 MILLION women will have their right to vote taken away.

Sounds like women will need to take their names back and or get passports (should get passports anyway just in case) and have their kids keep their names. This means more women will be less likely to marry and kids will take their mother's names. Less women are wanting to have kids now anyway.
