Going to give you a non-satisfying answer. TOP factor is outside the scope of the TOP advisory board, so we quite purposely did not attempt to address scoring issues for this revision. But @davidmellor.bsky.social might have a better answer than me (as he/COS will be handling any TF changes).

Yeah that is my biggest comment on the paper, it does not mention the TOP factor at all. People will naturally wonder about that, so I think it is important to describe how it is outside of the purview of the paper and that implications are forthcoming.

Yeah, could be nice! It's tricky because it's not just additions, but rearrangements. E.g., protocols are new, analysis plans are reconceived, and citation is gone (but integrated into level 2 of practices).
