Trump isn’t “draining the swamp”. Far from it. He’s enabling oligarchic kleptocracy, apparently emulating Putin’s Russia where the oligarchs in the good graces of the emperor are empowered to further enrich themselves at the government trough, free from both competition and regulatory oversight.
