This funding is intended to support programs like removing toxic chemicals from public water systems, restoring contaminated sites and putting that land back to use for housing and economic development, and protecting salmon streams from PCBs and PFAS.
Congress intended these funds to benefit the people of Washington, and we’re doing everything we can to ensure this money is released and put to work protecting our state.
