When you order boba and ask for lower sugar to be healthier but the boba tastes like shit without sugar:

If it ain't at least their 50% sugar option at most places, it's not worth it when it comes to boba.

But the tea at some of these places is so sweet that with full sugar it also tastes bad 😭 the answer is I can never win

Not a boba drinker for a long time. But if you are ok with coffee. Coffee boba is still good without sugar.

I'm the opposite, I get less sugar because I like stronger more bitter tastes (earl grey, lavender, Thai, even rose)

I always get boba no sugar because the boba balls are more than sweet enough for me.
