I profoundly distrust people who do elaborate sugar cookie icing with piping bags and shit. It's sociopathic to work that hard on a food item that doesn't even taste good.

Sugar cookies should have a thin layer of icing with those little multi colored balls sprinkled on top. This should be a standard, like Pizza Margarita.
I joined a semi-professional cookier group on FB for cottage food law activism. Cheapest ingredients, frozen dough, frozen cookies. Their storage habits were shocking tbh.
