He is always drugged up. It is obvious by his pupils always being dilated. He was a huge coke head in the 80's then turned into an Adderall head once he got too old to handle snorting coke. Now he snorts Adderall constantly. Expensive addiction paid for by our tax dollars.
We'd guess it's a veritable 'medicine chest' cocktail of drugs that must be adjusted and adapted daily by a medical 'team' to keep him upright and marginally cogent. He is very UNWELL.
His drug of choice is supposedly Adderall, which is used to treat ADHD. I've heard he has abused it for years and has lost complete control of his bowels. PS: He needs to replace that dead ferret he's got stapled to his head. It's looking a little ratty.
High doses of Adderall & possibly something else too. Definitely on drugs.
