I’ve been practicing for 30 years and was discussing con law with a 2L yesterday. How are they going to teach con law now? What are they going to put on the bar exams? There is no more precedent.

Initially, I was using both Bluesky and Twitter. But now, 90% of the people I followed migrated here, so less reason to even look at that other timeline (although there are a few accounts I still have to look at periodically).
