IF you're going to argue that children born in the US to nonresident aliens are not citizens because their parents are not SUBJECT to American jurisdiction,
THEN...
NOBODY NEEDS A VISA AND YOU CAN'T PROSECUTE, ARREST, OR DEPORT THEM!

Because if non citizens have no rights, and citizenship is no longer conveyed at birth, then...

They always fall back on "it won't be retroactive" but like...that's not how CITIZENSHIP works. If a class of citizenship is stripped of validity than citizens in that class lose their citizenship...
