It's not the video. It's not the internet. Or AI. Or bigots. Or capitalism. Or everything being too big and too much and too cruel. And it is. I'm in a spiral so 2/5

I know it's not as bad as it feels but it feels awful. It feels like I'm lost. Alone. It feels cold. I don't know what I will do but I might not be here a lot for a bit. Not that I've been.

It's not just you. There are many of us feeling this way. I think that's why creating is so important. Even in the face of *everything* we need to see and read art. To somehow balance things. Because hoo boy it's A LOT right now. 🫂

I think that's part of why this got to me so hard now. All this has been *hellish* to my focus and impetus for writing. I want to. I feel like I need to, but my head is everywhere. But you're very right. I'm going to find my way back to it. 🫂 (and I've been absolutely burying myself in books 😊)
