So why did the NYT publish it in the first place?

BOTH SIDES!

This is, in no uncertain terms, a rout.

The New York Times published an unfortunate op-ed trying to legally justify Trump administration's #Birthright citizenship order.

Ya know, the whole "The NYT / WaPo / CNN / is the WORST, MOST EVIL GROUP OF PEOPLE EVER!" schtick wastes a lot of my feed. There's a lot of activity in BSky on which I would like to stay current & informed; you have great analyses of events. This isn't that.

The NYT and WaPo have always run op-eds by criminally stupid opinionators {i.e. - Thiel, Hewitt, Brooks and the senior Trump admin official). We won't stop them from printing them and even keeping them on staff. But I don't ever read them.

OK - open the gates of hell and let the flaming begin.
