Fetterman is doing what Manchin always had to do. He's creeping rightward toward the voters he needs to keep the seat Democratic. Especially in Allegheny, Westmoreland, Beaver, Butler, etc. People were so much bluer 30 years ago. But not since 2016, all are getting more GOP. And he has to win them.
