I get it & am not insulted...this late stage capitalism is becoming untenable for most of the country, exacerbated by a severe propaganda & disinfo problem...without revolutionary changes, I think this country might be truly fucked...p.s. big religion problem as well...😢😢

Not the same country that I grew up in, very sad. I’m a retired teacher. School shootings are HORRIFIC. Health care is in the toilet. I’m by not even going to comment on politics…🤦‍♀️

You’re right to question. I love many things about my country, the creative spirit, diversity. Our mix of cultures is a part of that. It’s perplexing why Christian evangelicals have no respect for anyone else’s religion, beliefs, culture. It’s a poison. They lack basic empathy.

I’m like you except I made the move and am now realizing it was a pretty massive mistake. The situation here is pretty crazy and the nation has never been as divided as it is today. The shootings are a very real reality - I always have a sense of discomfort whenever I’m in large public places 😢
