some contracts setup a procedure for declaring when a party is in default of their obligations and what the parties are supposed to do to when that happens. i would guess he's thinking about that because he thinks every business in the whole world operates like a real estate developer.

I'm confused by his actions. He said he imposed these tariffs to prevent fentanyl from coming to the U.S. So, when he drops the tariffs will the fentanyl flow resume? How is this a good outcome?
