Johnson, Scott, and Lee are fake holdouts, they're voting for whatever bill hits the floor.

Rand won't vote for it unless it completely refunds the entire social safety net.

Hard to gauge how soft the others are.

The awful public lands sales provision is not alarming ANY Republican? Surely Sullivan, Murkowski, Risch, Crapo, Curtis, Sheehy, Collins, McCormick, and Johnson might want to think on that. Voters in those states may be appalled by the provision.

Justice is an interesting character here. A lot of his staff are former Manchin folks and the state relies on federal funds in a pretty desperate way right now.

Welfare is load bearing in WV. It has been since it was first implemented (for a variety of reasons). The state would prob cease to exist\not last long if it was cut anymore. He's a greedy bastard, but he knows enough to not cut out his own legs from under him.
